Meghan Duda

Fargo based photographer, Meghan Duda came to FTP as both a visiting artist and exhibitor in the Flat Tail Gallery. Never having worked with traditional printmaking, Duda jumped in with excitement. Building from the work in the Double Negative exhibit, we played with experiments in lithography and screen printing. A variety of pigments and particles were added to the wet ink to give luster and reflection. One print is shown (right) in different lighting, demonstrating the effects of reflective glass beads. The tiny beads are shown in close up below.
